`从` marks the starting point, and `往` marks the direction: `从学校往球场跑`. Besides basketball and soccer, you can also talk about swimming.
Pattern: `一 + 动作1 + 就 + 动作2`
Use `一...就...` when the second action happens right after the first one.
Pattern: `动词 + 得 + 状态`
Use `得` to connect an action with how well it is done. If there is an object, the object often comes before the verb phrase, as in `篮球打得很好`.
