Learning Note
`从` marks the starting point, and `往` marks the direction: `从学校往球场跑`. Besides basketball and soccer, you can also talk about swimming.

Use `一...就...` when the second action happens right after the first one.
我一回家就做饭。
I cook as soon as I get home.
他一下课就去打篮球。
He goes to play basketball as soon as class ends.

Pattern: `动词 + 得 + 状态`
动词 + 得 + 状态
Use `得` to connect an action with how well it is done. If there is an object, the object often comes before the verb phrase, as in `篮球打得很好`.
他篮球打得很好。
He plays basketball very well.
我跑步跑得不快。
I do not run fast.
