Learning Note
`下雪` describes a weather change, as in `外边正在下雪`. `楼` is common in `二楼`, `楼上`, and `楼下`.

Pattern: `A + 比 + B + 形容词 + 多了/得多`
A + 比 + B + 形容词 + 多了/得多
When the difference is large, add `多了` or `得多` after the adjective.
这儿比我家那边冷多了。
It is much colder here than near my home.

Pattern: `正 + 动词 + 着`
正 + 动词 + 着
`正...着` emphasizes that an action or state is in progress.
外边正下着雪。
It is snowing outside right now.
他正拿着手机看天气。
He is holding his phone and checking the weather.
