Pattern: `动词 + 来/去`
`来` means the action moves toward the speaker; `去` means it moves away from the speaker.
Pattern: `上/下/过 + 来/去`
`上来`, `下去`, `过来`, and `过去` make the direction more specific, often for upstairs/downstairs or moving closer/farther.
Pattern: `都 + 时间/程度 + 了`
`都...了` often shows that the speaker feels something is already late, numerous, or has reached a certain point.
